Course Name: 3D Designing (CAD Course)
Course ID: CAD/Q1024
Duration: 3 Months
Eligibility: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent, preferably with Science, or ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical. Basic knowledge of computers is helpful.
Objective:
This three-month program teaches you how to create 2D drawings and 3D models for engineering, architecture, and product design using industry-standard CAD software. You will learn computer basics, engineering drawing fundamentals, and 2D drafting with AutoCAD, including drawing and editing commands, layers, dimensioning, hatching, and plotting. You will then learn the basics of 3D modeling with AutoCAD 3D, including solid modeling, part drawings, and rendering, along with reading and preparing technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections. With regular hands-on practice in the computer lab and a small final project, such as designing a house plan with a 3D model or modeling a simple mechanical part with its drawings, you build the skills to start as a CAD operator, draftsman, or design assistant, work in architecture firms, engineering companies, interior design studios, and manufacturing units, work as a freelance designer, or move on to advanced courses such as Advanced CAD/CAM, SolidWorks, Interior Designing, and Civil or Mechanical Design.
Hands-on classroom and lab-oriented learning with assignments and projects.
Online classes, course videos, notes, notices and student portal services.
Examinations, result tracking and transparent academic progress records.
Approved course credential with certificate number and online verification.
